A Story is a high-quality immersive learning experience created in We Are.

Stories can be created for:

• Any industry or topic. From retail and hospitality to construction and manufacturing,
• Different training and communication needs, including scenario-based learning, explainer videos, and interactive games.
• Knowledge transfer (communicating information) or behavior change (practice)

We Are Stories can also be shared flexibly, as a stand-alone or embedded in existing courses, LMS, or anywhere via a dynamic URL, SCORM, or HTML embedding.

Great question. A Story is considered published when it’s shared via URL, embedded, or exported as a SCORM package.

Each plan includes a set number of published Stories — that’s how many can be live at the same time. But don’t worry! You can toggle Stories on or off anytime to stay within your limit or add more as needed.

There’s no limit to how often you can publish or reuse a single Story, nor the number of learners that play it.

We Are supports dynamic SCORM (2004 and 1.2) on all paid plans.
