The challenge
A leader in digital education, NKI aimed to enhance their HR Consultant program by integrating interactive content. They sought a solution that could deliver immersive, scenario-based learning to provide practice-oriented training while being easy to implement.
The solution
NKI chose We Are to bring interactivity to their HR Consultant program. Each subject combined text-based content with an interactive We Are Story and a quiz to reinforce learning. These Stories allowed students to navigate real-life workplace scenarios, making decisions that influenced outcomes. A subject matter expert crafted the scripts, while an instructional designer developed the interactive stories with AI-generated voices for narration. A test panel of 7 students reviewed the content before rollout.

The results
The revamped HR Consultant program has engaged around 150 students, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback. Students appreciate the flexibility of the online format and the relevance of the scenarios to their future careers. One student remarked that the scenario-based training “made learning feel more real and relevant,” while others noted that quizzes solidified their understanding. NKI is highly satisfied with We Are's ease of use and the quality of interactive experiences, planning to expand its use to other courses.
